At Zarto.pk, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
• The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• The return request is made within 5 days of delivery

⚠️ Returns requested after 5 days may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
• Items without original packaging
• Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products
• Perishable goods (if applicable)
• Discounted or sale items (unless defective)

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refund Method:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa/JazzCash)
• Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment method

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective
• Damaged
• Incorrect item delivered

To request an exchange, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
  • The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• Check your bank/mobile wallet account
• Contact your payment provider

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled (but may be returned if eligible)
